Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders and personal checks. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, payment is due at the time service is rendered.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. We are an out-of-network provider.

As a courtesy to those with dental insurance, we will gladly file your PRIMARY insurance for 100% of our fees. We then will file your insurance claim for our full fee. After your insurance company has paid their scheduled fees to our office, we will either bill you for any remaining balance due, or send you a refund if your insurance pays more than the remaining 60% balance.

We will provide you with the necessary insurance claim form so that you may file directly for reimbursement.
